Do you clean up after the job?
Always. Complete cleanup is included in every quote: branches are chipped, logs are hauled away or cut to firewood length at your request, stumps can be ground, and the work area is raked clean. We treat your yard like it's our own.
How soon can you come out for an estimate?
Usually within 24–48 hours for standard jobs, and the estimate itself is free. For emergencies — a tree on your house, blocking your driveway, or tangled in power lines — call us anytime. We respond around the clock.
What happens to the stump after a tree is removed?
Removal and stump grinding are quoted separately so you only pay for what you need. If you choose grinding, we grind the stump 6–8 inches below grade, backfill with the grindings and soil, and leave the area level and ready for grass or replanting.
Can you save a sick or damaged tree instead of removing it?
Sometimes, yes. Our certified arborists will assess the tree honestly — if pruning, cabling, or treatment can save it safely, we'll tell you. If it's a hazard that can't be saved, we'll explain why and quote the removal. We never push removal when care will do.
